On Co-founders

Co-founders are really good, but a bad cofounder is worse than no cofounder. Random cofounders rarely work out. You want people who you have shared history with, people you feel obligated to. People you have a bound with, people you don’t want to let down. You need someone who will be
with you when it is temporary irrational to keep going.  Select for determination. Startups are really hard and determined. People are the one that make it work. Startups are about not giving up. It is about persistence. Think values First, aptitude second and specific skills third. Find someone who matches your values especially determination, someone who tries to have a lot of potential and aptitude and lastly specific skills. Finally, find some one who is humble and not entitled, people willing to do what it takes to succeed.
